At Atlas High Performance, we don’t do generic "fitness classes for runners." We provide high-performance environments for athletes who want to reach the start line in peak condition.

Overseen by an MSc Sports Performance S&C Coach with over 7 years of competitive running experience, we offer two distinct pathways to get you to your next PB:

⚡ Step 1: The Start Line (Performance Assessment) | €149 (€50 credit towards your chosen service)

Every great training block starts with data. In this 75-minute 1-to-1 session at our Limerick facility, we use VALD force plates to assess how well you produce and absorb force, identifying any imbalances that may limit performance or cause overuse injuries.


📍 Step 2: Choose Your Pathway
  • Pathway A: In-Person Coaching (Limerick) | Starting at €129/month Train directly under the watchful eye of our coaching team. Choose between our Small-Group S&C environment (limited to 8 athletes) or our highly bespoke 1-to-1 coaching. We fix the "leaks" in your running and build the strength needed to reach your potential.
  • Pathway B: Remote Coaching (Train Anywhere) | Starting at €49/month Elite programming delivered straight to your phone via the RYPT app. Whether you just need a structured 12-week running roadmap, or a comprehensive blend of S&C and running data analysis, we have a remote tier to fit your exact needs.
