Speed

What we test:

A 10-metre sprint with a 5-metre split time included.

Why we test it:

The 5m split measures your explosive start, while the 10m time shows acceleration. This is key to understanding your on-field quickness.

Power

What we test:

Countermovement Jump (CMJ)
Single Leg CMJ (SL CMJ)
Countermovement Rebound Jump
Drop Jump

Why we test it:

These jumps measure max power, check for imbalances between legs, and test your "bounciness" or reactive strength, which is vital for agility.

Strength

What we test:

Isometric Mid-Thigh Pull (IMTP)
Run-Specific Isometrics
Load-Velocity Profiles (TBD & Bench)

Why we test it:

We measure your peak strength, check if you're strong in sport-specific positions, and analyse your force-velocity profile to make your strength training highly specific to you.

What Happens Next?

After your assessment, we analyse your results in detail. You will receive a comprehensive video overview explaining what your scores mean in relation to the demands of your sport. We then provide a tailored training outline for the next 6-8 weeks, removing the guesswork and focusing on exactly what you need to elevate your performance.
