Scheduling Policy
All sessions, once off or package deals, must be scheduled through the Acuity Scheduling App. If booking through your coach for personal training sessions, they will have the ability to do so on your behalf. If booking open gym sessions or one of our group sessions, they must be booked PRIOR to all sessions starting. We retain the right of refusal if our sessions are overbooked and the client hasn't pre-booked through the app. You can also cancel sessions through the app.
Billing Policy
Billing will be agreed in principle upon first consultation. Method of payment will be decided in principle before hand. Cash, visa and direct debit are all accepted. All sessions & packages must be paid for in advance of sessions. All personal training packages are based on a 40 day billing cycle. Our 4 session packages is based on the assumption that you will train once per week. Our 8 session package is for twice per week. The client has 40 days to redeem all of their pre paid for sessions. In the event of not being able to attend for a week due to holidays or sickness etc, it affords some flexibility. If all sessions are not redeemed within the 40 day period, they are non-refundable or non-redeemable and the client must begin a new package.
In the result of non or late payment of fees, client will be given an informal verbal warning. In the result of a second occurrence, a formal warning will be issued and a 10% penalty fee will be incurred. If issue arises for a third time, services must be paid for in full and we retain the right to terminate any future sessions.

Cancellation Policy
A cancellation fee will be in place for pay-as-you-go (PAYG) sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.

- If non-showing without prior contact made, client will be charged in full.
- If canceling within 24 hour notice, client may be charged in full. This is at the discretion of management.
- Sessions can be re-scheduled, provided enough notice has been given to their coach. This should be done as early as possible and is at the discretion of the coach.

- If non-showing without prior contact made, client will forfeit one session as part of their package.
- Our new billing structure allows up to 40 days to redeem sessions. This allows for flexibility in changing times and life getting in the way sometimes.

Agreement
By virtue of signing up to Atlas High Performance Centre, the client agrees to recognise and abide by the billing, scheduling and cancellation policies outlined above.
